Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 14 inside sales and customer experience staff.
Set clear objectives, track performance, and build a collaborative culture.
Manage inbound and outbound sales, pipeline conversion, quoting, and order processing.
Oversee customer enquiries, complaints, and service improvements.
Partner with operations, projects, and marketing to align strategies and outcomes.
Drive reporting, insights, and continuous improvement across sales and service.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading customer service and sales teams of significant size.
Strong people leadership with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.
Ability to manage through rapid growth and embed positive change effectively.
Skilled at balancing short-term performance with long-term team development.
Track record in inside sales, account management, or service leadership.
Skilled in CRM, ERP, and pipeline management.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and customer outcomes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
(Desirable) Experience in construction, manufacturing, or architectural products.
