JMac operates a flat management structure which results in quick and effective decision making and close interaction with senior leadership.
About the role:
- You will work closely with Foreman to monitor and drive construction progress to program and in line with drawings, specifications and health, safety, environment and quality requirements.
- With safety our highest priority, you will play a primary role in championing a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and ensure superior delivery of our projects.
- Lead a high performing team in the delivery of public and private construction projects.
- Work alongside the industry's top performers to deliver quality projects for local councils and developers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An understanding of OHS and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivery of client objectives.
- People and performance management skills of labour, subcontractors and suppliers to drive high performing teams.
- Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial scale landscaping.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous relevant experience working on hardscape / softscape projects is strongly desired.
