The Company: RSGx is a provider of innovative, multidisciplinary and integrated mechanical and electrical solutions in the transport infrastructure, oil and gas, resource and minerals, renewables, transmission and distribution and water industries in Australia, providing a suite of service solutions to our valued partners, throughout the project management lifecycle, through to maintenance, occupations and shutdowns Responsibilities: Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on heavy mobile plant and light vehicles Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in the field Conduct minespec inspections to ensure compliance for vehicles and mobile plant Complete accurate documentation of all maintenance activities in the site’s maintenance system Collaborate with project teams to minimise downtime and maximise machine availability Carry out pre-start checks and ensure roadworthy compliance before releasing equipment Manage timely and cost-effective ordering of parts and consumables Maintain strict safety standards and conduct thorough compliance checks Key Requirements: Trade qualification (Heavy Duty Diesel Fitter / Mechanic essential) Proven experience with mobile plant and heavy vehicle maintenance Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in remote locations Experience in heavy road transport service and repair Commitment to safety and compliance standard Ready to take the next step in your career?
