We are seeking an HR professional to oversee the recruitment process, manage employment contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
* Ensure all employment contracts and conditions align with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and other workplace regulations.
* Conduct regular staff appraisals and maintain performance records to ensure high standards of care and staff development.
* Facilitate onboarding process, ensuring new hires are properly inducted and compliant with organizational policies.
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance.
* Knowledge of employment laws, EBAs, and contract management.
