Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for food to begin their career in a well-established and busy venue. The role offers a unique opportunity to develop your culinary skills under the guidance of highly experienced chefs who are committed to sharing their knowledge and expertise.
* Structured, hands-on training from industry professionals
* Adhere to strict Food Safety guidelines;
* Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment;
* Prepare and present meals for a quality catering outlet; and
* Perform any other duties as requested
Qualifications
* Reliable and punctual – own transport preferred but not essential;
* A desire to learn the industry in an incredibly fast-paced and successful kitchen.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and strong work ethic
* Able to work under high pressure;
* Dedicated with an exceptional work ethic.
* Have a passion for cooking
* Ability to follow specific directions and requests;
* Flexible roster including nights, weekends and split shifts;
* Work and operate as part of a team;
* Be well groomed and presented;
