Clinical Manager

As a Clinical Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and management to the site-based team members. Your focus will be on delivering excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met.

* Lead a multidisciplinary team or have extensive experience as a Senior Clinician providing clinical support to a team.
* Coordinate care for people with complex needs, including consultation and engagement with a wide range of professionals.
* Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Services Manager and Operations Manager for Tasmania to support innovation and quality improvement for the region. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in clinical governance, supervision, and mentoring of staff.

Requirements:

* A mental health-related degree as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, OR a Mental Health Social Worker, with eligibility for related registration.
* Current drivers licence.
* Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS worker screening.
