We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced fashion retailer to take the reins of our boutique - INDIANIC, Rottnest Island as our next Boutique Manager. Located on stunning Rottnest Island, INDIANIC is the island's only dedicated fashion boutique. Showcasing an extensive range of Australian designers, we specialise in ladies' fashion, swimwear and resort wear — with additional collections across menswear, children's wear, accessories and homewares.
We're a busy, high-energy boutique catering to Rottnest Island visitors from across Australia and beyond, delivering a truly memorable shopping experience every single day.
About the Role
As the Boutique Manager, you'll lead from the front — bringing energy, confidence and a genuine love of fashion to everything you do. You'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance and create an inspiring, welcoming environment for both customers and your team.
We're looking for someone with an "Of Course" attitude — positive, solutions-focused and passionate about exceptional customer service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building team culture.
This role would suit an experienced Store Manager or an emerging retail leader ready to take the next step in their career.
This is a permanent full-time salaried position with an attractive bonus structure. Choose to embrace island life with accommodation provided, or commute with ferry access supported.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service
Oversee all daily store operations including stock management, visual merchandising and compliance
Drive sales through engaging visual displays and in-store promotions
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and the local community
Recruit, train and mentor Team Members to deliver consistent excellence
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Boutique/Retail Store Manager (fashion experience essential and swimwear sales experience will be highly regarded)
Passion for style, trends and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to build rapport
Visual merchandising flair and strong organisational ability
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
