Why This Role
We're offering the chance to own the sales motion in a business that's already winning. You'll take the lead on closing inbound and partner-driven deals, deepening channel relationships, and converting qualified leads into scoped, high-margin engagements. You'll work directly with the founder, owner, delivery leads and 's partner team – and play a key role in defining and evolving our GTM playbook.
You'll have autonomy, commercial clarity, and a real opportunity to shape the business direction — not just hit quota. This role also directly supports our tier progression goals and is key to scaling our partner-sourced ARR.
What You'll Do
* Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from discovery to signed scope
* Own partner engagement and co-selling relationships, especially with AEs and CSMs.
* Build, qualify and maintain a high-velocity pipeline of inbound and referral opportunities
* Drive partner-sourced ARR growth and play a lead role in Tier Progression (Gold and ADP), including certifications, case studies, and revenue metrics
* Work closely with our consulting team to scope, quote, and present solutions
* Develop smart packaging, pricing and positioning strategies for key industries (e.g. accounting, trades, ops-heavy SMEs)
* Drive licensing growth through relationships and a deep understanding of clients' businesses.
* Contribute to Kick's market presence: case studies, demo collateral, event attendance
* Lead the development of co-branded campaigns and outbound initiatives in collaboration with 's AU
Who You Are
* Strong track record in solution sales, SaaS, or consulting (ideally with implementation exposure)
* Comfortable scoping business problems into commercial proposals
* Confident with CRMs, quoting tools, and closing deals
* Familiar with (or previously worked in) the ecosystem — or similar SaaS platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Salesforce etc.)
* Excellent communicator who can earn partner trust and deliver value in every conversation
* Likely a former AE, Partner Manager, or senior SaaS/channel operator — now seeking more flexibility and/or commercial impact in a dynamic environment.
* Comfortable in founder-led or boutique environments where agility and initiative matter more than hierarchy
* Commercially sharp, organised, and driven — but humble and collaborative
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
* Build and close a consistent pipeline of inbound and partner-referred opportunities, converting qualified leads into scoped implementation and licensing engagements
* Establish yourself as a trusted co-sell partner with AEs and CSMs across key verticals
* Contribute meaningfully to partner-sourced ARR and services revenue aligned to tier progression targets
* Improve deal quality through clearer scoping, packaging, and pricing — protecting margin while increasing close rates
* Help formalise and refine Kick's sales motion, tooling, and GTM playbook
