Job Title: Asphalt Quality Control Specialists
Asphalt Quality Control Specialists play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of asphalt materials used in road construction.
This position involves assisting in all stages of roadworks, from site preparation to final finishing, under close supervision. Key responsibilities include collecting and preparing samples for testing, conducting basic testing and reporting, and maintaining a safe work environment.

* Assist with site preparation, paving, and finishing processes
* Operate machinery safely under close supervision
* Collect and prepare samples for testing and analysis
* Conduct basic testing and reporting as per project requirements
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
The ideal candidate should have experience in road construction or related fields, hold a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card), and possess plant operation skills. Preference is given to candidates with NATA lab experience, field/lab technicians, or quality control backgrounds.
