The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business efficiency on projects through the application of the company management systems.
To support the assurance activities necessary for successful project delivery.Job tasks and responsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and operation of the project execution plan.Report on the effectiveness of the project quality system.Assist project staff in preparing documented information required by the project.Report on suitability of subcontractor and supplier quality systems.Ensure the correct numbering and issue of quality management system documents.Monitor the implementation of the quality system documented information.Assist with the preparation of site procedures, activity plans and assurance records.Contribute to the project programme of audits.Co-operate with staff and customer representatives to ensure that problems of quality are solved promptly and efficiently.Report monthly on the current status of the project systems, concerns, etc.Carry out other relevant duties from time to time.To be successful in this role, you will haveExperience supporting the planning, implementing, monitoring and improvement of quality management systems in relation to site activities.Membership of, or working towards, a related qualified body.Ability to communicate effectively.Proficient in the application and use of information technology.

Experience of working in construction project delivery.Due to the nature of the work and location, additional security checks will be required – a BPSS level of security clearance is necessary.
