Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available in the South East QLD Region for a Building Manager to join the team. The role:As the sole Building Manager for this incredible site, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Liaise with the Bodies Corporate committees for any requests
* Liaise with Landlords and Tenants
* Inspect grounds, and facilities routinely to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance, or cleaning
* Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Coordinating cleaning, landscaping, and pool services as required
* Issue breach notices and other notices as required
* Building upkeep in conjunction with the cleaner to a superior quality
* Manage move-in and move-outs
* Attend to daily queries from owners and tenants
* Mail disbursement
* Collection of rubbish inside and outside
* Ensure rubbish/recycle bins are placed out for collection
* Visitors Carpark monitor
* Email defects to relevant areas, arrange access with Owners/outside agents/apartments under the management
* Please note this role is not a live-in position
The Successful Candidate:
* Experience in Building Management or Facilities Management is required
* QLD Certificate of Registration not required
* The ability to work autonomously
* Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Solid written & verbal communication skills
* The WANT to develop and grow
* Capacity to earn overtime
