Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive roadmap for load control, interoperability, and Home Energy Management System (HEMS) strategy in local APAC markets.
2. IDentify, engage, and manage key ecosystem partners to drive competitive advantage.
3. Collaborate with third-party retail electricity providers to maximize value for customers.
4. Assess new markets and segments for sales opportunities, evaluating these opportunities across teams.
5. Lead early business development efforts for new market entry, including landscape assessment and growth potential analysis.
6. Synthesize local competitive intelligence on products, pricing, and offerings to inform strategic decisions.
7. Coordinate with leadership to support critical business decisions and programs.
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in the electricity industry, with broad knowledge of solar and storage sectors across APAC markets.
* Experience with energy storage technologies and value propositions in residential or commercial sectors.
* Proven ability in new market entry strategies and retail market operations.
* Strong project management skills for large initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to structure broad objectives into analytical frameworks for decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, suitable for executive interactions.
* Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling.
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are an asset.
