Role Overview
As the Senior EUC Principal Engineer and Global Product Owner for Windows Desktop, you will lead a team designing, deploying, and maintaining solutions using Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, Azure (Azure AD, Intune MDM), and hardware devices. Your duties include guiding Windows desktop migrations to modern management via MDM and improving operational processes for Windows Endpoints to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 and enterprise end-user computing
* Knowledge of MDM technologies like Intune
* Experience in experience design, working closely with users for input and testing
* Proven leadership in team performance, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
* Interest in delivering modern cloud-managed solutions to improve user productivity
* Understanding of Service Management practices (change, incident, problem) in large environments, familiarity with ITSM tools like Remedy
* Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies
