Join a brand-new construction waste recovery facility in Hemmant. You'll manually sort demolition materials on a conveyor line in a fast-paced, dusty environment. This role suits reliable workers who are physically fit, safety-focused, and ready for consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Hand-sorting construction and demolition waste on conveyor lines
* Removing timber, steel, concrete and recyclables
* Shovelling and maintaining material flow
* General plant clean-up and basic maintenance
* Following strict site safety and PPE requirements
Qualifications / Experience Required
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
* Comfortable working in dusty environments
* Able to wear a P2 mask (clean‑shaven or willing)
* Reliable transport for early or afternoon starts
* Own PPE: boots, hi‑vis, gloves, eye protection, hard hat
* Able to pass drug & alcohol test and physical assessment
* LF Forklift licence highly regarded
