We are currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales Mil/Gov to manage key accounts and develop new business in the APAC region.

About the Role:
* Manage the business unit responsible for Military and Government sales in the APAC region.
* Lead the regional sales team to achieve annual targets and objectives.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue and expand market share.
Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals.
* Financial Targets: Achieve annual revenue targets and exceed performance metrics.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of sales projects from initiation to closure.
* Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of sales experience in a related field (e.g. SATCOM or Avionics).
* 5+ years of sales experience within the APAC region in Military and Government.
* 3+ years of team leadership/management experience.
* Able to travel up to 50%.
