Overview
Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter - Sails in the Desert Hotel to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, about 20 minutes from Uluru. We are seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality to be part of our Front Office Team. This role will undertake guest service agent/front office duties in an efficient and friendly manner and help create the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Responsibilities
* Act as an ambassador of the resort, ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and are bid farewell with kindness on departure
* Coordinate guests' luggage across the hotel, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
* Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception for room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
* Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas of the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management
This role requires a full Australian driver's license.
