The Role
Toll People are currently recruiting for an Administration Officers to assist our clients in various industries. We have roles available in Adelaide, successful applicants will be providing administration support doing a variety of administration duties and functions to ensure organisational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the compliance team with administration support
- Administration duties as required.
- Maintaining records of goods received and dispatched.
- Customer service duties
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders in relation to services delivered
- Data entry, filing, scanning, and sorting of paperwork.
Skills & Experience
- Experience within a call centre enviroment is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service
- A high level of attention to detail
- Sound computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Capable of working in a team and autonomously
