We provide support to the beneficiaries of the Estate in regards to documentations required to finalise the claim ensuring we make it a seamless process for them during this difficult time.Your ResponsibilitiesWorking through death claims across Superannuation products serviced by Colonial First State.Processing new claims and issuing the relevant claim kit.Communicating effectively with customers to ensure they are clear on claim requirements and processes.Building effective relationships with customers, third parties and internal stakeholders.Reviewing received documents and following up on any outstanding requirements via verbal and written channels.Ensuring all decisions made in relation to a claim are in line with SIS Legislation.Assessing documentation and requests in line with our business rules, legal requirements and industry standards.Answering all incoming queries relating to Death claims.Processing payments upon finalisation of a claim.Assisting with business requirements such as monthly reporting, reconciliation of declined & disputed claims, and management of complaints specifically for claims.Your Capability and ExperienceYou are an empathetic individual who is able to support customers through difficult situations, ensuring they remain priority through the death claim process.You will also display strong stakeholder relationship building skills, able to keep all parties informed during the claims process.Ability to understand and solve complex problems.Ability to prioritise and address multiple conflicting requirements.Relevant tertiary qualification or previous experience within the insurance industry or managing Death claims will be highly valued.What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
