Job Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader Resource Recovery to oversee the operations of our waste management facility. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexible working hours, offering an attractive salary range based on skills, qualifications and experience.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a team of landfill professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and managing key performance indicators, resource allocation, time management, budgeting, safety protocols and environmental compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in engineering, environmental science or significant industry expertise. They will have supervisory experience and/or qualifications in the waste management, resource recovery or related industries.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively lead a remote team and manage all aspects of team performance. They will also have experience with business-management systems required for a commercialized waste business unit.
