Job Description The CSI General Manager's Executive Assistant is responsible for a range of non-administrative/administrative RTO aspects, systems coordination/review/implementation, RTO compliance tasks, business development opportunities, quality control, review of policies and procedures, creation of standard operating procedure manual for each role of Creative Safety Initiatives, review work health and safety (WHS) checklists/manual and other duties as directed by the General Manager to support the effective operations and strategic direction of CSI's RTO, services and products areas.
Special projects: This can range from market research to feasibility studies, but the main objective is to support executive business functions by providing solutions and working independently without any supervision on occasions including project research/management/implementation.
Key Minimum Required Job Outcomes Coordinating CSI's website compliance, information and branding as directed by General Manager Coordinating CSI's marketing, promotions and branding as directed by General Manager Making travel arrangements (such as booking taxis/flights/accommodation for General Manager and training staff as required) Assisting General Manager with compliance of registered training organisation (RTO) as directed by General Manager Assisting General Manager with compliance of contracts, services and products as directed by General Manager Assisting General Manager with special projects as directed by General Manager Assisting General Manager with quality control of CSI's operations as directed by General Manager Sending and answering email requests promptly as directed by General Manager Creating presentations as directed by General Manager Checking quality assurance of CSI's documentation in training, services and products as directed by General Manager Compiling market research information (e.g.: gathering industry information) as directed by General Manager Organising events like workshops or conferences as directed by General Manager Check information technology (IT) systems, hardware, software are fit for purpose and research efficiencies as directed by General Manager Other duties as assigned by General Manager Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prospective students, employers and customers Essential Skills and Knowledge Solid level of understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and wider educational community Strong knowledge of and ability to maintain knowledge of current relevant legislation Highly developed interpersonal and presentation skills Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to work within broad guidelines and deliver results Must have a valid Australian Driver's licence How to Apply To apply for this role, please submit a cover letter and resume/CV.
