We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Press & Router Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC press and router machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC press and CNC router machines
* Interpret technical drawings, and CAD files
* Load materials and ensure proper machine calibration
* Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
* Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements
* Experience with CNC machine operation (Press Break essential, Router training can be provided)
* Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
