**Revenue Officer**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- We have a fantastic career opportunity for a committed Revenue Officer to join our Home Care Finance team located in the Richmond Support Services Office.
- The Revenue Officer will assist the Home Care Finance & Operational teams in the provision of accurate, reliable and timely financial & operational services for Mercy Health.
- Specific tasks will include the following:
- Assist in processing and submitting claims for:
- oHome Care Packages (HCP)
- oDepartment of Veterans’ Affairs Community Nursing Program (DVA Nursing)
- oVeterans’ Home Care (VHC)
- oThe National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Calculating a final unspent balance for HCP client to be refunded to department/client/new provider.
- Assist with client level reconciliation of all funded programs, as required.
- Assist in the Home Care Package refunds process, ensuring they have occurred in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes.
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers.

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE**:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a varied group of stakeholders, both internal and external.
- It is desirable, but not mandatory to have Home Care Package experience.
- Solid excel skills, comfortable working with large sets of data.
- Experience with Carelink+ (client management system) highly desirably
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously.
