**About the Role**
This is a permanent part-time position working 32.5 hours across a Tuesday to Saturday roster, where you will lead and motivate a small team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
As a Concession Store Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day operations including staff supervision, visual merchandising, stock management, and hitting sales targets. This role blends leadership, hands-on retail management, and a passion for fashion – all within a concession environment.
You'll oversee daily store operations within the host department store, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. You'll also monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to maximise product availability.
**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

- Quick thinking and adaptable to changing priorities and challenges
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented
- Passion for fashion retail, particularly in women's wear and lifestyle apparel
- Comfortable with basic retail technology systems (e.g., POS, reporting tools, stock management platforms)
