Sales Representative – Hilti Group (Hamilton, QLD, AU)
Hilti Group is seeking a Sales Representative to join our retail team. The role focuses on managing day‐to‐day store operations, delivering innovative construction solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day store operations
* Initiate and maintain customer contact, building lasting relationships
* Handle overall customer touchpoints including sales, repairs, and input sales
* Achieve retail sales targets and drive profitable growth
* Maintain customer database
* Ensure operational excellence – inventory controls, accurate data entry, and upkeep of store utilities
* Carry out general duties such as receiving freight and packing

* Strong attention to detail and passion for problem solving
* Ability to develop customer relationships proactively
* Competent PC skills
