This Internal Sales position provides support to engineering teams and industrial clients. The role involves managing the sales lifecycle: initial enquiry, technical quoting, logistics, and account management. You will work with application engineers to ensure accurate equipment specification and project delivery.
What You'll Do
● Process technical enquiries, project quotes, and pricing schedules.
● Assist with product selection based on technical specifications and stock availability.
● Coordinate logistics, purchase orders, RMAs, and software renewals.
● Maintain CRM data, price books, and technical sales records.
What We're Looking For
● Experience in industrial automation and process control sales.
● Technical understanding of PLCs, industrial networking, instrumentation, and LV components.
● Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail in technical documentation.
● Ability to communicate with plant engineers, OEMs, and site teams.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and CRM software
