Network Infrastructure Specialist
The Network Infrastructure Specialist provides expert technical support to field technicians working on Fixed Wireless and Satellite services, resolving complex customer connection and assurance issues, managing intricate incidents, and supporting Connect, Assure, and Migrate appointments.
This role also acts as a subject matter expert for operations teams, handles escalations from both offshore and onshore teams, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve work order and appointment issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical customer support position, including one year in telecommunications.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of Fixed Wireless and Satellite technologies, with proven ability to navigate complex systems and interpret data across multiple platforms.
Experience with systems such as Service Portal, ITSM, Remedy, Splunk, and ViaSat, as well as Wireless and Satellite on-site technician support tools, will be highly regarded.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-demand tasks in dynamic environments.
