What's the job?
As an Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will lead the full spectrum of HR activities across Australia, act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, and shape and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a high‑performance culture, and enable our people to thrive.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Country Leadership Team to deliver strategic HR guidance and implement global initiatives tailored to local needs.
* Lead talent and performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
* Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and the full employee life cycle.
* Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support data‑driven decisions.
* Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications
* University degree (preferred).
* AHRI‑CP designation, or nearing completion.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role in a professional services or general services organization.
* Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders to enable business operations.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, or Workday) and data analysis tools.
