This is the first time we are appointing a full-time Marketing Manager, making it a unique opportunity to shape the role from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Manage our online presence, including website and social media platforms
* Support the sales team with promotional materials, displays, and sales collateral
* Plan and coordinate trade events and industry promotions
* Maintain brand consistency across all communications
* Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered, you should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent qualifications)
* At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B exposure
* Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
* Confidence with digital platforms, analytics, and content creation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes
* Design literacy to brief and manage creative work effectively
* A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment

Location
This role is based at our head office in Lilydale, VIC. It is a full-time, on-site position working closely with senior management and the wider team.
