BentSpoke Brewing Co. is one of Australia’s leading independent breweries, known for our commitment to quality, innovation, and great beer experiences. We’re looking for an Assistant Brewer to join our production team at our Mitchell facility.
This is a hands-on role that spans all aspects of brewery operations—brewing, cellaring, cleaning and sanitation, quality assurance, and logistics. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our beers are consistently world-class while supporting the smooth running of our production schedule.
What You’ll Do
* Work closely with the Brew Team Leader and Head Brewer to deliver production goals.
* Assist with brewing operations, quality control, and process improvements.
* Maintain strong housekeeping and WHS practices across the brewery.
* Coordinate raw materials and logistics to keep production on track.
* Operate brewery equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts (training provided if needed).
* Support occasional brewing at our Brewpub and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for craft beer and commitment to quality.
* Previous experience in brewing operations.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Current driver’s licence (with willingness to upgrade if required).
* Forklift licence and EWP Yellow Card (or ability to obtain).
