Occupational Therapy Clinical Educator Position
This role involves developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Occupational Therapy workforce in the region.
* The successful candidate will work with the Allied Health Education team to identify learning and training needs of the Occupational Therapy department.
* Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Allied Health Education team, providing leadership and expertise in education strategies and initiatives that promote best practice in occupational therapy.
About This Role
The Occupational Therapy Clinical Educator will be responsible for undertaking research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and development of staff, and will make a meaningful contribution to the growth and development of Grampians Health's Allied Health services.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* AHPRA registration is required, as well as experience in education delivery and quality improvement projects.
* The successful candidate will also possess strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different professional backgrounds.
