About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and strategic individual to join our team in the People Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice, responding to queries on the Enterprise Agreement, and supporting the classification and reclassification of positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide sound and responsive advice to staff on a wide range of human resources matters
* Review recruitment requests for compliance with the Enterprise Agreement and associated policies
* Initiate and action processes in the Human Resources system as required
* Support in classification and reclassification activities or review of new or changed positions
* Assist with a range of HR projects when required
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Experience in preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts and agreements
* Knowledge of industrial and employment-related legislation, regulations, and awards
* High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Desirable: experience with Peoplesoft (Oracle)
