About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager role for our Private Label Team at Total Tools Hardware Group. This is a high-impact role focused on developing commercially successful, consumer-led product ranges. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, work closely with local and global suppliers, and collaborate across key functions to deliver profitable, competitive ranges that support group growth.
You'll play a key role in shaping category strategy, bringing innovation to market, and driving long-term supplier and product performance.
What you will be doing:
* Support the strategic direction and growth of the Non Powered Tools category
* Manage products from concept to launch and in-market performance
* Build and maintain product P&Ls, including forecasting, margin and performance analysis
* Identify consumer-led opportunities using market insights, trends and benchmarking
* Partner with suppliers to source, negotiate and deliver viable product solutions
* Contribute to product specs, pricing, promotions and range reviews
* Work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Merchandising, Sourcing, QA and Operations
* Oversee packaging, content, go-to-market planning and product readiness
* Assess and develop supplier capability to support long-term category success
You're likely a match if you are/have:
* 5+ years' experience in product management, category or commercial roles (retail, consumer goods or private label)
* Proven end-to-end product lifecycle management experience
* Strong commercial and financial capability, including forecasting and margin management
* Comfortable working cross-functionally and with external suppliers
* Experience using consumer insights to drive product development
* Understanding of compliance and quality standards
* Relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential
