We have developed industry leading structural engineering analysis software, which is used by our team on a daily basis.
Our client base is growing steadily, with a consistent flow of work from all over Australia and occasionally from New Zealand and beyond.
We predominantly service the shed, patio and pergola industries, working on both cold rolled and hot rolled non-commercial structures.
Our work also extends into the residential housing and commercial sectors.
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE
* Design Review: Structural and civil design checks.
* Structural Analysis: Numerous small to medium sized residential and industrial buildings.
* Cyclonic Design: Structural design of buildings located in design region C, D and NZ.
* Liaison: Working with other engineers, builders and project managers as required.
* Site Visits: On-site inspections as required.
WE OFFER VARIOUS ROLES
We offer various roles from graduate positions to senior roles, catering to different levels of experience and expertise.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* A Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
* Senior roles require at least three years' experience in Residential and Commercial projects in Australia.
* Able to manage designs and projects independently.
* Experience with structural software such as Mutiframe, SPACE GASS, Limcon or another structural software will be advantageous.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of structural design and analysis of various structures such as steel design, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete, timber and masonry buildings.
* Geotechnical experience is advantageous.
* An understanding of Australian Standards and Building Codes.
* Understanding of the National Construction Code.
