In line with the businesses growth plan, the incumbent state leader is progressing into a leadership position which is creating an opportunity for a Senior Engineer to succession plan into a new leadership appointment.
The breadth of projects is large. This business will work on commercial and industrial developments, complex enviro engineering landfill projects all the way through to the innovative renewable energy sector.
As a senior engineer you'll find yourself working across all aspects of engineering as the business model supports holistic growth. You'll be working with clients at the front end and putting together fee proposals, you'll be working through design and design review and you'll be boots on the ground through construction phase watching your designs come to life.
As a Senior Engineer you'll need to boast the following prerequisites:
* Bachelors degree in civil engineering (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 7 years experience working with local Victorian government authorities
* Experience in engineering design, 12D software competency is advantageous
* Experience in managing projects from fee proposal to construction is advantageous
* Strong relationship building skills
* Comfortable with working towards business development
* Commercial acumen
