Join Hilti as a Sales Representative. Driving growth and delivering innovative solutions for construction leaders.
As a Hilti Store Representative you will work with the wider retail sales team to manage the day-to-day operations of the store while delivering a superior level of service to our customers through product demonstrations and service consultations. This is not an ordinary retail sales job; we focus on building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers in order to understand their business needs and show how our solutions can add value. This is why we stand out as a market leader.
You will also be responsible for general duties such as receiving freight and packing to ensure we deliver a world-class customer service experience in a timely and organised manner.
We're continuing to develop your sales and account management skills, with opportunities for progression within a multinational organisation.
What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Initiate customer contact and build lasting relationships with customers.
Handle overall customer touchpoints, including sales, repairs and input sales.
Achieve retail sales targets and drive profitable growth.
Maintain the customer database.
Maintain operational excellence through inventory controls, data entry quality, and store utilities upkeep.

The ability to develop customer relationships proactively and effectively.
Competent PC skills.
A plus to have a valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one upon employment.
