Dental Assistant – Calderwood (New Clinic Opening)
We’re opening the doors to a brand-new dental clinic in Calderwood Village this April/Early May and we’re building our team from the ground up.

The Role
We’re looking for a casual Dental Assistant to join our team, with availability for up to 3 days per week.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support our dentists chairside while also helping with the day-to-day flow of the clinic. Flexibility is important, as you may also be required to assist at the front desk when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Chairside assisting during dental procedures
* Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
* Sterilisation and infection control processes
* Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their visit
* Keeping the clinical environment clean, organised, and efficient
* Assisting with reception duties when required (phones, bookings, patient enquiries)
What We’re Looking For
* Must have previous dental assisting experience (mandatory)
* A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Good communication skills with both patients and team members
* Willingness to be flexible and support both clinical and front desk tasks
* Must be able to reliably travel to Calderwood

Start Date
Clinic opening late April-Mid May, with shifts commencing from opening. *Advertised pay rate minimum for adult, junior rate applies under the Health and Support Services award\"
