J James Painting Contractors Pty Ltd is a well-established local painting business based in Caloundra West. We specialise in residential repaints, renovations, interiors & exteriors, and we take real pride in producing a clean and high-quality finish. We're expanding our team and are looking for the right person to join us.
Who We Are Looking For:
We are open to applicants who are either:
• A Qualified Painter & Decorator, or
• A 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice, or
• Someone who has recently completed their apprenticeship
You Will Need:
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and reliability
• Ability to work in a friendly, respectful team
• License and own transport preferred
• If apprentice: eagerness to learn & follow direction

The Work:
• Residential repaints
• Renovations + new interior work
• Cut in, prep, roller work, tidy finishing
• Doors, frames, cabinetry, and detail work
• Some external work depending on schedule
Hours: Monday–Friday
Start: Ready when you are
Pay Rate: Based on experience & ability (discussed fairly + upfront)
