Whats the role
You'll lead the charge on pricing strategy for our Everyday Banking products (think transaction accounts, deposits and more). This isn't about spreadsheets in isolation; it's about shaping how millions of Australians experience banking every day. You'll run the Pricing Village, set the vision and make decisions that balance customer value, performance and risk. It's a full‑time role based in Sydney with flexibility built in because we know life happens.
What do I need
* A knack for turning complex data into smart pricing strategies that customers love
* Leadership skills to inspire and guide a high‑performing team
* Comfort with governance and risk frameworks (you'll keep us sharp and compliant)
* Ability to collaborate across tech, product and risk teams to make things happen
* Strategic thinking with a bias for action – because ideas are only great when delivered
