Redcape Hospitality is now seeking an experienced, passionate and people-centric hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team as our Gaming Manager in the Illawara Region.
Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's Gaming related operations in a hands-on role.
Role & Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, where you will take carriage of general gaming operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.
Lead a team of gaming staff to offer extraordinary customer experiences.
Ensure we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts in conjunction with your Hotel's operating hours.
Qualifications
Required: RSA & RCG; desirable: ARCG (willingness to obtain).
Experience in the same or a similar role is preferable, but may not be a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
