We are seeking a bold, commercially-minded and brand-led marketing leader to shape and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
This senior leadership role will lead a small, focused team across brand, product, retail and customer experience, responsible for owned, earned, and paid channels.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic storytelling and creativity with performance and ROI, bringing energy, innovation and consistency to everything from campaign development to customer experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing the regional marketing strategy to build brand equity and communities
* Activating the brand experience across every touchpoint from digital to frontline retail
* Leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
* Collaborating with the global marketing office to ensure market strategy is locally attuned and globally aligned
The successful applicant will be a proven consumer-driven marketer with senior leadership or executive roles within a corporate or agency environment. They will possess strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
A strong understanding of data and insights-led approach is essential.
