Duties & Responsibilities
* Act as 2IC in the pod, supporting the Partner in managing client relationships and staff
* Handle a split of advisory and review of compliance work, focusing on client relationships and strategic guidance to clients
* Drive workflow meetings, train, and mentor team members
* Provide diverse business advisory services, including structuring, due diligence for acquisitions and CFO advisory.
* Oversee client deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely outcomes
* Mentor and guide accounting staff within the pod
What We Are Looking For
* CPA/CA qualified
* Ability to work remotely with monthly travel to Brisbane; based in QLD
* Experience leading or mentoring a small team
* Strong technical knowledge in tax and the opportunity to build on your advisory skills
* High level of initiative, organisation, and attention to detail
