**The Role**
**About You**
In your previous roles you will have had responsibility for hiring and managing staff within a professional white collar, perhaps contact centre or recruitment environment. You are organised and are an effective communicator. Ideally you are degree qualified and have experience in a commercial customer centric environment, with recruitment and people responsibility.
