You'll be working outdoors harvesting fresh flowers from the field and preparing them for market. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and being outside.

Task & Responsibilities
* Inspecting and monitoring flower crop conditions
* Harvesting Proteas and native flowers in the field
* Grading, selecting, sorting and bunching flowers
* Carrying buckets and assisting with packing flowers
* Maintaining quality standards for our wholesale customers
* Maintaining and cleaning packing shed
Qualifications & Experience
At least 12 months of experience working on a flower farm.
