They are sourcing for an experienced Supermarket Manager for their well established store in Karratha. The ideal candidate will be a leader who is passionate about their team, achieving results, excelling in store standards and passionate about exceeding customer expectations. You will need to have previous experience in a fresh food environment and be a passionate foodie to be considered.
The Role:
- Lead and motivate a team size of 50+
- Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach
- Full accountability of profitability and results
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Build upon the store culture of customer engagement
What you will Have:
- 3+yrs experience in a supermarket environment
- Motivational leader, coach and mentor
- Strong business acumen, kipi driven and results focused
- Customer first approach
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
