* Base salary range: $68.86 - $74.76 p.h. (Nurse Grade 7)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
* On-call and shift allowances (where applicable)

About your opportunity
The purpose of the role is to optimise organ and tissue donation for transplantation within the health service. The position facilitates the donation process in collaboration with DonateLife Queensland and the local hospital team. The Donation Specialist Nurse is a clinical expert in Intensive Care Nursing who provides clinical advice, family support, training, education and support to healthcare team members and other stakeholders involved in organ and tissue donation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position and registration with AHPRA.
* Appointees may be required to participate in an on-call
Highly desirable
Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification in an appropriate field. Such experience may be discipline specific or have a service area focus.
