12 12 Month Contract Baseline Clearance Required Canberra, ACT or Melbourne, VIC Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation, Seek the experience of a Senior Salesforce Functional Analyst for a 12 12 12 month contract. Responsibilities: Assess business objectives, formulating solution options, and driving stakeholder support. Quickly connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the Salesforce application, with a particular focus on delivering digital solutions through Salesforce Omnistudio and Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud. Create implementable User Stories from business requirements, or to make them implementable. Be part of agile delivery, capturing functional requirements, structuring them as Epics and User Stories. Experience: Certified Salesforce Admin 201. At least 5 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant. Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio and Communities/Experience Cloud. Business Process mapping/Re-engineering background for B2C & B2B Service processes ideally in the disability and health care sector.
