Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Mission Statement: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead our supply operations and make a significant impact on site performance. You'll be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and warehousing functions across our operations, building strong vendor partnerships, and delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising safety or environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to ensure efficient flow of goods and services.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee inventory control.
* Collaborate with mining, processing, and maintenance teams to remove roadblocks, boost reliability, and champion continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
* Excellent negotiation skills, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to lead a team effectively.
* Certificate IV in Purchasing (or equivalent).
* Statutory Supervisor per WHS Regulations.
* Extensive experience in stores, inventory control, or purchasing with a track record of high stock accuracy and effective warehousing control.
