Key Role: Financial Analyst
The role involves preparing financial reports, including trial balance, P&L commentary versus budget, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately record income and outgoings accruals.
2. Provide detailed analysis of actual income and expenditure, explaining significant variances from budget or forecast.
3. Conduct thorough balance sheet and outgoings reconciliations for approval by the Centre Management Team.
4. Support Property and Facilities Managers with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years accounting experience, preferably in property or retail sectors.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills.
* Customer-focused approach with a focus on achieving outcomes.
