Due to growth and internal movements, they are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper on a part-time basis to join the team based in their Eastern Suburbs office.
The part-time structure is flexible.
This role will primarily lead the finance function for the business, working closely with the external Management Accountant.
The Role
Full function Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable & payroll
Expense reconciliations
BAS / GST & lodgement
Cash-flow forecasting & project costings
General journal & ledger management
Continuous improvement of payment processes
Generating financial reports
Asset management
Other ad-hoc requests & duties
About You
2-3 years' experience in a similar role, construction background essential
Basic knowledge of full function accounts
Knowledge of Xero
Good attitude and excellent communication
Renumeration & Benefits
Renumeration package up to $90k + super pro-rata, depending on experience
Office based in Eastern Suburbs
