WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring all administrative and compliance processes are maintained to a high standard.
You will:
* Manage general office administration and support the wider team
* Assist with compliance documentation across property management and sales
* Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems
* Prepare leases, agreements, and supporting documentation
* Ensure all files and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards
* Liaise with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders
* Support marketing and listing administration where required
* Assist with onboarding new properties and maintaining databases
* Previous experience within real estate administration or property management
* Strong understanding of real estate compliance and documentation requirements
* Experience working with CRM/property management systems
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Certificate of Registration (NSW) or Real Estate Licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Experience supporting both sales and property management teams
* Knowledge of Inner West property market
* Experience with compliance audits or trust accounting processes
